Making Enquiries Happen
We started working with Ripton Windows in January 2018 taking over from another marketing agency in Basingstoke. As is often the case, we made an immediate impact by transforming the existing user journey. In this instance, it was a simple case of being more direct in asking for an enquiry.
We stopped all PPC and social media advertising spend due to low conversion rates (many of which were not being measured), which has seen the overall traffic drop. However, the organic traffic from search engines has started to improve and the actual enquiry rates have shot up by nearly 78% on the same period last year.
The website still sits in the old agency theme and we work within this. We have also started to look at developing the brand story over a “product sale” approach due to the long-standing nature of the brand locally and its current reputation, which has legs to be developed to distinguish it further from its competitors.
As part of ongoing marketing development, we suggested (and produced) this promotional video for the website, which demonstrates the company’s showroom in Basingstoke.
